The ConnectFirst™ 90-Day Behaviour Support Course provides practical, NDIS-informed training and portfolio support for professionals seeking to enter the sector through the New Entry Pathway OR enter through Core endorsement (ask us for more information).
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We guide you through the foundations of behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, restrictive practices and ethical, person-centred practice—helping you turn your existing knowledge and experience into confident, real-world practice.
The course is designed for professionals transitioning from education, allied health, disability services (including support work), psychology, social work, counselling, community services and other helping professions.
Membership is included in this training package.

The New Entry Pathway is designed for professionals who are looking to commence their journey as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Through a combination of structured training and portfolio development support, participants build the knowledge, skills, and evidence required to prepare their application for the NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner capability framework.
Our pathway includes foundational training in Positive Behaviour Support, access to practical tools and resources, ongoing reflective feedback, and comprehensive portfolio review and endorsement support.
