By the end of this module, participants will have had the opportunity to: Explore governance and operational management within NDIS services. Develop awareness of risk, quality, and safeguarding systems. Reflect on complaints, incident, and information management processes. Increase understanding of workforce responsibilities and supervision. Explore continuity of supports and emergency planning. Develop awareness of continuous improvement and accountability practices Do I Receive a Certificate? This training is recognised as equivalent to 2 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / Professional Development (PD). Participants are encouraged to retain their certificate as evidence of ongoing professional learning and development. A certificate of completion is provided upon successful completion of the training.
