Learning Outcomes By the end of this module, participants will have had the opportunity to: * Explore the purpose and importance of implementing behaviour support plans. * Develop an understanding of their role and responsibilities in supporting plan implementation. * Increase awareness of person-centred, rights-based approaches to support. * Explore strategies for implementing proactive and responsive supports consistently. * Reflect on the importance of communication, collaboration, and teamwork when implementing plans. * Develop awareness of documentation, monitoring, and reporting requirements. * Increase understanding of participant dignity, choice, autonomy, and wellbeing. * Build confidence in applying behaviour support strategies safely, ethically, and effectively. * Explore the importance of reflective practice and continuous improvement in support delivery. Who Is This Resource For? This resource is designed for parents, caregivers, educators, support workers, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, counsellors, and anyone involved in implementing or supporting a behaviour support plan. No prior knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support is required, making this resource accessible for both families and professionals seeking to better understand their role in supporting participants and implementing behaviour support strategies in a safe, consistent, and person-centred way. Do I Receive a Certificate? This training is recognised as equivalent to **2 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / Professional Development (PD).** Participants are encouraged to retain their certificate as evidence of ongoing professional learning and development. A **Certificate of Completion** is provided upon successful completion of the training.
