About

Clinical supervision is most effective when practitioners actively engage in the process. Preparing for sessions, reflecting on your practice, being open to feedback, and following through on agreed actions all contribute to meaningful professional growth. Supervision provides an opportunity to strengthen clinical reasoning, build confidence, enhance decision-making and improve the quality of Behaviour Support Plans and interventions. By approaching supervision with curiosity, honesty and a commitment to continuous learning, practitioners can maximise its value and achieve better outcomes for the people they support. Who Is This Resource For? This resource is designed for support workers, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, counsellors, and anyone engaging in clinical supervision No prior knowledge of sensory processing is required, making this resource accessible for both families and professionals seeking practical insights into behaviour and sensory experiences.
